This is brought about by using Yoga & Meditation/Hypnotherapy, looking at diet, exercise and self inquiry through guided personal training.
Sessions are mixed to suit your needs and taylored to your own desire for growth and wellbeing, whether that is physical exercise or more spiritual Yoga and Meditation based work.
It is my strongest belief that the best possible results for wellbeing come from a balanced mix of looking after all aspects of ourself that is Body, Mind, Spirit and to care passionately for our deep desire for confidence and happiness within our lives.
